of Olympic Weightlifting to provide sport specific

well as all other individuals who wish to improve
their fitness level by using Olympic Weightlifting
as a vehicle to achieve their goals. Learn
more about the Olympic lifts.
A former Olympian and #1 Ranked Olympic Weightlifter
in the world, not a single person in proximity is
more qualified to train athletes and Olympic Lifters
than Oleg Kechko. We guarantee that each athlete will
be taught proper technique and safe lifting and spotting
methods, as well as other virtues that are vital to
athletic success such as discipline, respect for other
athletes, coaches, as well as respect for the equipment
and gym, in alignment with Russian training methodologies.
We also place a strong emphasis on the mental aspects
of training.
While our main focus is on professional and elite
athletes and Olympic Style lifters, we welcome anybody
who is interested in learning Olympic Style lifting
as a means for achieving other fitness goals such
as weight loss, improving bone density, adding size,
or simply just getting in shape. When you walk into
our gym, don’t expect to find fancy machines,
televisions, or lines of cardio equipment. For our
style of training, the only necessary equipment is
a platform, a barbell, bumper plates, and racks. We
also use multiple heights of wooden blocks to place
the barbell at different levels from the floor.
If you don’t believe that you can achieve your
athletic or fitness goals with such simplicity, we
challenge you to come on in and try it for yourself.
Or, simply just stop by and observe some of our training
sessions. In one hour’s time, you’ll have
a workout like you won’t believe!
